For centuries women has been excluded form power and financial independece. That is the reason why in thy new wave of financial innovation women should be early adopters to make sure that we destroythe barriers to enter and to encourage them to lead it.

Since 2019 I Chair the Chilean Chapter of the 30% Club, a global initiative that promotes women leadership on boards of the largest listed companies. As part of this quest I am focused on promoting more Latinas in Nasdaq listed tech/fintech companies.

At the same time I do workshops of crypto for women and I write to explain them in simple how Crypto, Defi and DAOs promiote values of diversity, transarency and collaboration.
